Return Policy

Our Return Policy time frame is 30 days from when an order arrives at your address. Items for return must be in their brand-new, unused condition and original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. A trackable shipping method is advised as we are not responsible for lost returned packages. 

Rejected or refused packages, abandoned packages and packages returned outside of the 30 days will not be eligible for a refund.

Damaged or Defective Products

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know within 7 days after receiving your package by sending an email to support@nuewaybaby.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged products. We will replace damaged products at no additional cost to you. If a refund is chosen, we will provide a return address. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
